Welcome to our class page for Room 10. This is my third year at Sonoma Charter School as the First/Second grade teacher. I'm passionate about the Montessori philosophy and embrace it in all aspects of our classroom, from honoring each child for his/her own individuality to creating an engaging environment in which each child can develop independence while learning to work cooperatively with others. I feel very lucky to work in a school setting with other passionate teachers and families who come together for the common goal of creating the best in academic, physical and social/behavioral excellence for our students. In my free time I love to spend time with my family: immediate, extended and canine.
